Pianist accused of touching student, 15

A renowned classical pianist and instructor was arrested after fondling a 15-year-old student, cops said Monday. David Oei, 64, who played with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra at 9, allegedly touched the student during a lesson Friday, police said.
